a) Technical Issues

b) Duplicate Payments

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same product, we will refund the duplicate payment upon verification.

c) Product Not As Described

d) Accidental Purchase

6. Course Cancellations

a) Self-Paced Courses

For self-paced online courses, access is granted immediately upon purchase. Therefore, refunds are not available once you have been granted access to the course materials.

b) Live or Scheduled Courses

For live or scheduled courses with a future start date:

- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the course start date: Full refund available

- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date: No refund available

- No-shows: No refund available

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for digital products. If you wish to purchase a different product, you will need to place a new order. Please refer to our refund policy above if you believe you qualify for a refund on your original purchase.

8. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
